Dragon City
Dragon City is a large town with Dragon pokemon everywhere. They might be in Statue form, Toys, Cups there are even some Buildings in the Shap of Dragon Pokemon. There is a Pokemon Centre, Poke Mart, Pokemon Adoption Center, a Den at the edge of the City and a Gym.
The Gym Leader uses Dragon Pokemon, duh.
The Gym Leader will ask you to go into a Den at the edge of the City to retreive a Dragon Scale, Dragon Fang, Soul Dew or Focus Band. He will ask you to do this either at the Begining or after the Battle. You will need to get the item he asks you to get before you can get the badge, so even if you defeate him you still have to do something to get your badge.
